With a background in Commerce and Chartered Accountancy, Nilaksh joined his father’s business in 1978, in India. And since then, he has been into trading, manufacturing, marketing products and services, and in import-export. But his vast experience in business is not limited to India alone. He is equally well versed with the American business scenario and culture, which accounts for the fact that he has efficiently carried out several business transactions between American and Indian companies, during the last 8 years. He is US-resident, who besides hopping between the two nations regularly, often sweeps in other countries from time to time.
A healthy dose of networking over the years has ensured that he has the right contacts in the right places… in the right businesses! In addition to all this running around, he also finds time to run a successful business that has completed over 180 projects in real estate development, interior decoration and industrial finishing contracting, for both corporate and industrial houses.
